I just got this information from print media and I think this is important.
The existence of the latest patch released by Microsoft can be bad for other applications as happened recently in Google Chrome and Adobe Reader and Acrobat, in which third party software update function is disrupted by the enterprise security tool, the EMET (Enhanced Experience Mitigation Toolkit.)
Tool which is known to have anti-exploit these capabilities can be activated manually by the user, such as the DEP (Data Execution Prevention) and ASLR (address space layout randomization) for specific applications. Only the update mechanism of the affected third party, but not on the side of safety.
In Adobe products, users have to reboot to finalize the update, while on Google Chrome, the instance which is run by an admin account can hinder self-updating other instances. Addressing this situation, Microsoft quickly made repairs with EMET released an update to version 2.0.0.3, which can be downloaded at Microsoft's official website.
